Reception / Public areas
- - Hotel Entrance: The use of a mask, disinfection of hands and shoes and control of body temperature is mandatory;
- - Express Check-in: Only one person with documentation for all guests, email invoice and preference for "contactless" payment methods, check-in after 16 hours;
- - Cleaning protocol: More frequent cleaning of surfaces and objects and optimization of air circulation;
- - Covid-19 Kit: Sale of Covid-19 kit (alcohol / gel, gloves and face mask)
- - Social distance: Separation of the check-in and check-out area, existence of a physical barrier at the counter and marking distances of 2 m;
- - Communication: Availability of whatsapp number and email to avoid face-to-face contact.
- - Check-out: Until 11 am.
Lifts
- - Elevators: preferably use of stairs, limited occupancy, disinfectant at the entrance and more frequent cleaning.
Rooms
- - Cleaning protocol: reinforcement of daily cleaning and disinfection procedures (done every 2 days or less or none if the client wishes), during cleaning, only professionals stay in the apartment; even deeper disinfection between stays.
- - Textiles: bed textiles / towels washed at 60ºC with disinfectants
Restoration
- - Capacity reduction: spacing between tables of two meters;
- - Use of the terrace: preferential use;
- - Limitation of people: maximum capacity is defined;
- - Reservations: preferential and extended hours;
- - Greater transparency: table is set after the arrival of the customer and cleaning of tables and chairs after departure;
- - Room service / take away: preferential use;
- - Cleanliness and security: compliance with the HACCP protocol;
Pools
- - Capacity reduction for swimming pools: limited occupancy;
- - Sunbeds: social distance, mandatory use of towel and availability of disinfectant;
- - Cleaning and disinfection: following protocols;
- - Pool area: mandatory use of footwear;
- - Play equipment: avoid the use of buoys, among others;
Client
- - “WelcomeSafely”: reading the “Welcome Safely” protocol, before and during the stay;
- - Protection: Mandatory use of a face mask in interior spaces;
- - Social Conduct: compliance with the distance rules in force;
- - Hand hygiene: performed frequently;
- - Respiratory etiquette: cough or sneeze into the flexed forearm or use a tissue;
